7 Days of Soulful Practices to Help You Become A Successful Life Coach:

The Power Of Themes

December 31st, 2019 | no comments

Everywhere you look right now, people are creating their goals and to-do lists for the new year. There’s that expansive feeling of possibility in the air—like we all get a chance to start over and grow an area of our lives in a huge way.

Everyone’s telling themselves,”This year will be THE year.”

But how many years have you started on your goals and to-do’s, then slowly started forgetting them? Then by the end of the year, they’ve completely fallen by the wayside and you haven’t learned what you wanted or experienced that great transformation you’d hoped for? You end the year feeling disappointed and depleted. Soon it’s time to make your goals for the next year, and the cycle starts again…

And if you’re a coach, how many times have you sat down to create your signature coaching program or service only to quit part way through feeling overwhelmed by your own ideas? You’re not sure what to teach, how to order it, when to present it or what matters most to your clients.

Sister, if you’re nodding your head right now, you’re not alone! For many years I did this, too.

If you think about it, the word “solution” means “to solve a problem,” and the prefix “re” means “again.” So, making a New Year resolution just means “solving problems again!”

So why do we all devote ourselves to solving the same problems, time after time?

And what can you do to create a unique coaching program that stands out, has never been done before and is actually needed in a crowded market?

If you’re anything like I was, half of the goals on your list are probably the same goals you had last year. And here’s the truth: if you didn’t reach these goals before, you’re probably not going to this year. But you don’t have to feel discouraged— I’m excited to create space for a NEW way of doing things!

This is where the power of themes comes in.  I want to invite you to click here to get your name on the guest list to join me live! Now that I have the power of themes in my life, I approach true transformation in one area of my life that will solve the problems I’m experiencing once and for all, in a way that’s easy to follow through on and remember.

Choosing a theme means choosing one word that becomes your mantra and guiding inspiration.

You decide how you want to feel and who you want to be, instead of what you think you should do. When I discovered the power of themes, it changed my life.

(Want my real-time support as you choose YOUR theme for the year? Join our sisterhood call and sign up here.)

Here are the themes I’ve chosen over the past few years:

2013: Community

2014: Generosity

2015: Beauty

2016: Wholeness

2017: Energy

2018: Active

2019: Acceptance

I chose community because I felt lonely. I wanted to learn how to run my own business by feeling supported, rather than overwhelmed and lacking resources. My theme lead me to join a business mastermind where I became surrounded and supported by sisterhood, life-changing resources and mentors that had my back.

I chose generosity because I felt like I was tight with my money and my time. This theme helped me become a woman who had more than enough money to give of freely and balance my time between my business and the people I love.

I chose beauty because I wanted to have a better relationship with my body and to be more present in life so I could witness the miracles around me.  This theme guided me to look at the world and my body with a deep love I had never experienced and continue to embrace.

I chose wholeness because I was going through a major identity change becoming a mother and I wanted all parts of myself (mother, wife, CEO, artist, leader, sex goddess) to be integrated in my life experience. This theme taught me how to stop compartmentalizing my life, instead discovering who I am and what I’m capable of as a woman. I now understand that when all parts of me are welcome I am unstoppable and powerful.

I chose energy because I hadn’t slept in over a year. I was still new to motherhood while running a business and a team. I knew I needed to become a master of my energy in order to grow and to create sustainable success. This lens of the world was so much deeper than sleep and food for fuel. Through mirrors and experiences I began to see that all living things vibrate on their own frequency. These frequencies enliven or deplete you. I am forever changed by what I have learned from this theme.

I chose active because I was ready to expand my education, activate my work, and speak with passionate truth. I could feel that the only thing rising faster than the exponential growth of technology is the rise of the feminine.

I chose acceptance because I’d realized that, in many ways, some things needed to die in my life for new seeds to be planted and growth to occur. This process was wildly uncomfortable! And acceptance is brought me a grounded, peaceful, easy feeling as I navigated the greatest challenge, pain, and light of my life. I could feel that every moment of the process was worth it, and I challenged myself to welcome it in.

Come discover the theme that’s calling out to YOU this year on our live sisterhood call all about themes on January 7th. I’ll reveal what my new theme for this year is going to be. Most importantly, I’ll help YOU figure out what your theme is meant to be for this year.

The Power of Themes call closes the Mentor Masterclass Holiday Challenge and opens the doors for women who wish to continue their journey and lean further into sisterhood and the soulful practices to build a life coaching business. Not only do we get to connect voice-to-voice, you’ll also be the first to witness the opening of Mentor Masterclass 2020 and hear about the exciting bonuses I’m sharing with women live on the call.

I’ll also reveal the exact details of how I use The Power of Themes to create transformational coaching programs. If you have ever struggled with putting your bright ideas into a program that sells, themes can really support you in your creative process.

Live on the call I’ll walk you through the core themes I use in the weekly, 4-step method I have been teaching my VIP clients and women around the world to help them build and grow a thriving coaching business completely based on the theme of radical self-care.

I’ll share a sneak peek inside my signature coach training program, Mentor Masterclass, and show you the exact process I teach inside the course.

When you learn this 4-step process, you’ll have a deeper understanding of how to use self-care as the foundation to start and grow your coaching business.

We’ll find your personal theme by doing a guided meditation that will blow your mind and open your heart!

One of my favorite things about themes is that they don’t end when the year is over! When you work with one theme for a full year, it becomes a part of who you are.

I’m still a woman surrounded by a powerful community. After working with generosity for a year it is deeply rooted in my daily life and financial outlook. I’ll tell you all the details on our live call on January 7th, but for now let’s just say the theme I’ve chosen for the new year has already affected me deeply and changed me for the better—for good!

I want to help you come up with the theme that is divinely meant for you this year.

Your theme should come from a deep sense of who you are. It should light you up inside and inspire you to take action!

This one word creates super simple focus. It dictates every action and every goal you align yourself with this year. It helps you to show up for work, relationships, diet choices, lifestyle, and how you spend your free time.

As your theme gradually becomes part of who you are, it helps you answer questions as they arise in your daily life. Questions like:

What am I doing?

What do I do next?

How do I respond to this?

You’ll find that when something tough comes up in your life, you’ll be able to easily move it aside if it doesn’t fit in with your theme and your life. You’ll feel empowered to relinquish disappointment and not feel guilty, because you’ll know you’re aligned with this important part of your life.

On our live sisterhood call, I’m going to guide you through a meditation to find your theme word right there on the spot. I’ll show you a simple way to come into connection with that voice and your word. I’ll help you answer the question, “Am I living in accordance with this theme, practice, devotion, and embodiment?”

Sister, I’m really looking forward to sharing this with you, and being present as you connect with your essence on our live call on January 7th. Let’s feel into the womb space of renewal, newness and creation for the new year together. It’s time to make this year different!

Now I’d love to reflect with you:

If you were on the live call last year, what theme did you choose, and how did it transform things for you? Let me know in the comments!
