Step 1: Listen to today’s live call recording.

Welcome back, sister!

Now that you have explored sisterhood, sharing and stepping into the role of sovereign queen and coach I feel honored calling you sister and being in tribe with you.

Can you believe you’re almost complete with your introduction to self discovery?

Today you’ll learn one of the most powerful ways to see different perspectives…

So you can start, stay open and creative as you set up your coaching practice…

What you’ll learn today is important to help inspire you to become a better version of yourself…

It’s important because having this kind of support and insight helps make you a better coach.

Plus it helps you grow your coaching practice more quickly and more gracefully, so you can start to embody the life you want for yourself and your family.

You’ll also learn a new coaching tool, and then you’re going to practice using it on yourself for your own personal growth.

In fact, this tool is one of the (358) tools, techniques, and conversation models I teach inside my signature program, Mentor Masterclass.

The coaching tool you’ll be working with is called a Needs Assessment. It’s a powerful way to take an honest look at whether or not you’re getting your needs met.

Doing this is important because getting our needs met is one of the deepest, most core things that shapes our behavior. When we get our needs met (or when we don’t get our needs met), it has a profound effect on our feelings of empowerment, connection, and choice.

Step 2: Review these notes for a bonus lesson and follow the instructions.

It’s your second day of your week of self discovery, and I’m already feeling so connected to you and I LOVE it.

Yesterday you learned one of THE most important things you’ll ever do to become a successful and even better, thriving life coach.

The activity you did yesterday is really the most profound practice that myself…and all of the women inside the Mentor Masterclass training and sisterhood…are using every day so we can do soulful work and be of meaningful service as coaches.

If you haven’t listened to the first audio, make sure you go back and listen to it and do the worksheet and short activity.

It’s really the foundation of a healthy you…which makes for a healthy coaching practice.

And as you’ll see in today’s worksheet…

I’m recommending that you spend just a few minutes each day doing this simple but profound process for the rest of our time together on your own…

It will help to keep yourself grounded and feeling secure and cared for as you go deeper into self discovery and transformation today.

I want to share with you the most important relationship you can have as a coach, and how to nurture that relationship so you can take a step toward becoming the brilliant, gifted woman who enjoys financial and time freedom…

personal growth…

and feminine sovereignty we talked about earlier.

Ready???

Here we go…

Today we are going deep.

First let’s talk about the most important relationship you can have as a coach…

Who do you think that relationship might be with???

Role models and mentors? k

Clients? Mmm hmmm

A supportive family that helps you succeed? Def needed.

All of those are important, but they’re not who I’m referring to…

The most important relationship you can have as a coach, is the relationship you have with yourself.

Like we talked about already, coaching really starts on the inside, which means it starts with your relationship with yourself.

The more you nurture your relationship with yourself, the better and better you become…

as a woman, as a leader, and as a coach.

Nurturing a relationship with yourself is like watering the seeds of the flower garden…

The seeds grow into flowers, which then create more seeds, which grow into more flowers…

And on and on…

So how do we nurture a relationship with ourselves?

Well, the activity you learned yesterday is the first step…

Today you’re going to learn the second step.

It’s the “R” in the RSVP process.

So, what does the “R” stand for?

The “R” stands for Reflection.

Actually, there are two different words…to reflect and to restore.

Inside my signature coach training program Mentor Masterclass, we also call this “Walking Your Talk.”

It’s the very first thing we do during the first week of every month…for the entire week.

Every month we explore a theme and learn coaching tools and techniques that fall under that theme that will make us master coaches and that specific area of coaching.

Together, we start each and every month by doing a week of deep inner work on ourselves first, before we go out and share what we’ve learned with others.

We spend a full week learning a new set of coaching tools…

But rather than using them on clients, we turn the focus inward and use them on ourselves.

In other words, we use the coaching tools like a mirror, and we reflect the focus onto ourselves so we can go through the personal growth and transformation that turns us into better coaches, better business owners, and powerful confident women leaders.

Here’s where the word restore comes in…because when we do this, we restore our true potential.

Remember yesterday’s quote from Oprah and how she called personal growth being in “makeover mode?”

Well, this is how we get into makeover mode. We start with ourselves first….

And that’s what you’ll be doing today…

You’re going to learn a new coaching tool, and then you’re going to use it on yourself for your own personal growth…

It’s one of the 358 coaching tools taught inside Mentor Masterclass.

If you’re curious about coaching, this first step…

reflect and restore…

is important for trying on the coaching lifestyle…

And if you’re already a coach, it’s an important step toward nurturing an empowered  relationship with yourself, which is critical for success in growing your business.
